Snack: 2 brown rice crackers with almond butter.
Dinner: Roasted Rice Soup with curry
Ingredients
2 tablespoons coconut oil, 1 tablespoon of curry powder, 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh ginger, 1 chopped white onion, 1 clove of chopped garlic, three cups of organic chicken broth, 1 can of coconut milk, 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves and 1 butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cut into cubes.

Day 2
Breakfast: Restorative Fig and Grape Smoothie
Wash 2 figs, ‘cup of red seedless grapes, 1/3 of baby spinach, pinch of cinnamon, ‘cup of cold purified water, 5 ice cubes. Prepare and blend them until they are fine. You can take this with a snack of 1 cup of blackberries with coconut whip.
LUNCH: Cranberry cleanse smoothie

Wash and prepare 1 cup of green leaf lettuce, 1 cup of red cabbage leaf that are chopped, 3 sliced mushrooms, 1 blood orange peeled and separated, 4 chopped chives, 2 tablespoons of hemp hearts, 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds. Place green leaf lettuce at the bottom of the bowl, put cabbage leaf, mushrooms, oranges and sprinkle chives, hemp hearts and sesame seeds. Pour a dressing of virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons and squirt of limejuice.
DAY 3
Breakfast: Banana Smoothie
Prepare 1 ripened banana, 3 tablespoons of coconut milk yogurt, ‘cup of unsweetened almond milk, ‘teaspoon of vanilla extract, 5 ice cubes. Blend to smoothness. Enjoy.
